therapies or your experience working with patients with thromboembolic disorders, ASHP Advantage offers programming
intended to enhance YOUR ability to provide optimal patient care.

of questions that will help us understand your current practice responsibilities as well as your confidence working with
anticoagulation therapies. Please do NOT consult any reference materials or attempt to "look up" the answers.
