About This Educational Initiative

ASHP Advantage is conducting a nationwide educational series on Improving Patient Outcomes in Thromboembolic Disorders: Focus on Anticoagulant Therapy. This educational initiative is supported by an educational grant from sanofi-aventis U.S. and features cutting-edge programming in venous thromboembolism (VTE), acute coronary syndrome (ACS), and national anticoagulation performance measures.

Programs are presented by nationally-recognized experts from across the United States and are part of a learning continuum on safe and effective anticoagulant use. All activities are accredited for continuing pharmacy education.
