About This Educational Initiative
ASHP Advantage is conducting a nationwide educational series on Improving Patient Outcomes in Thromboembolic Disorders: Focus on Anticoagulant Therapy. This educational initiative is supported by an educational grant from sanofi-aventis U.S. and features cutting-edge programming in venous thromboembolism (VTE), acute coronary syndrome (ACS), and national anticoagulation performance measures.
Programs are presented by nationally-recognized experts from across the United States and are part of a learning continuum on safe and effective anticoagulant use. All activities are accredited for continuing pharmacy education.

About ASHP Advantage
ASHP Advantage has extensive experience planning and conducting educational programs for pharmacists. Created in 1995, ASHP Advantage is a division of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) that develops and implements customized educational and projects for pharmacists and other health care professionals.
